Ratcliffes Timber & Building Supplies provides building, timber, plumbing and electrical supplies for the Trade and the Public including: Hardware, bathrooms, camping equipment, cleaning, cookware, DIY, ironmongery, gardening, gifts, glassware, outdoor leisure, paint, tableware, housewares and Kitchens.
Ken Ratcliffe & Son Ltd was established in December 1978, when it bought an Ironmongers based in Stone Street, Llandovery, which had been present in the town since before 1895.
Originally, the shop sold traditional ironmongery and hardware, with a small selection of homewares. Shortly after, we opened a small building and timber supplies yard in Victoria Crescent.
In 2001, the building and timber supplies yard in Llandovery moved from Victoria Crescent into a bigger purpose built yard at Churchbank Industrial Estate, Llandovery. The new yard not only increased the space for building supplies but additional shop space and a dedicated bathroom and kitchen showroom.
More recently, we joined the Home Hardware buying group which has allowed us to greatly increase our range of homeware products in the shops on Stone Street.
Ratcliffes provide a large range of modern, classic and shaker style kitchens to suit your budget. We will help you design your kitchen using specific kitchen design software which can show you how your kitchen would look before you order.
Once we receive your kitchen from our suppliers, we will deliver it to you at no extra charge. We can also arrange installation of your kitchen if required.
